  • The client communicates to The Training Broker their detailed training requirements via our web Request Form, e-mail,
    fax or a telephone call.
  • The Training Broker team does an initial search of the network and then communicates back to customer what are the
    availability of choices
    and what they can expect from our search. Usually TTB team presents 3 to 5 qualified choices.
  • The client and TTB jointly agree as to the scope of the search project.
  • TTB assesses potential providers against client’s criteria.
  • TTB checks references directly on a by project basis.
  • Team prepares a comparative study of the choices available.
  • Submits to the client their findings in a concise and detailed report. The level of detail is often determined by strategic nature
    of the program.
  • Client reads the report and gains an understanding of their options.

Through our well established system and over 5 years experience, we have found that the above Full Service Search

We typically spend 12 to 16 hours on a client’s training project and deliver the report within 10-15 business days (depends on complexity
